Alex is a Development Manager with SAA | EVI, where he is responsible for affordable housing underwriting, construction project management, and business development.

His prior experience also includes work on transit-oriented, mixed-use multifamily buildings with Alexander Development Group; design of new pedestrian trails at the New York City Department of City Planning and Vassar College; the ideation and founding of a Community Land Trust and philanthropic real estate concept called Circle; pop-up park creation in Long Branch, Maryland; and extensive volunteerism and civil service work with organizations in Maryland and New York both as an AmeriCorps VISTA and as a Housing and Community Development Advisor to the non-profit Community Health and Empowerment through Education and Research (CHEER), a role he still fills.
Alex holds a Master of Science in Real Estate Development from Columbia University, where he founded the Affordable Housing Development and Finance Club, and a BA in Urban Studies from Vassar College.
