Ernst Valery incorporates EVI in NYS and meets David Alexander, son of Stuart Alexander, in graduate school at Columbia University.

Closed on Construction Financing for Pilgrim Village Family and Senior, the largest multifamily development financed by Low-Income Housing Tax Credits in New York outside of New York City to achieve net zero energy.

Awarded the NYCHA PACT Round 9
In partnership with Camber Property Group, SAA | EVI is awarded the NYCHA PACT Round 9, a RAD conversion of the 2,039-unit Edenwald Apartments. The renovation of Edenwald will be the firm’s first deal in New York City.
