SAA | EVI closed on Allegheny West Plaza, a 45-unit senior facility with 9,000 SF of ground floor retail adjacent to a major transportation hub in North Philadelphia in November 2021. A majority of the retail space will be occupied by Uplift Solutions, as their company headquarters. The remaining portion of the retail space will be occupied by a daycare.
