The Chesapeake Retail + Apartments Situated directly across from Baltimore’s Pennsylvania Station, serving commuter train and Amtrak travelers, this building is located in the heart of Baltimore's growing Station North Arts and Entertainment District.

The former Chesapeake restaurant site was purchased from the City of Baltimore in 2010 by Station North Development Partners. SAA|EVI finished renovating this historic property in November 2014.
