Connor Kenney is a Developer with SAA | EVI. He oversees the company’s projects in New York State and is responsible for underwriting, construction project management, and business development.

Prior to SAA | EVI, Connor was a Real Estate Developer at PathStone Corporation in Rochester, New York. He was responsible for all tasks associated with developing affordable and mixed-income housing throughout PathStone’s geographic footprint. While at PathStone, Connor led the development efforts from concept origination through construction closing on a $44MM, 157-unit Low Income Housing Tax Credit deal at the former Irondequoit Mall in Irondequoit, NY. He also oversaw all predevelopment activities on a 101-unit Passive House (PHIUS+ Source Zero) deal designed to achieve Net Zero Energy.

Currently, Connor serves on the Urban Land Institute (ULI) of Western New York’s Programming Committee, the New York State Association for Affordable Housing (NYSAFAH) 2G’s Upstate Advisory Committee, and is the 2020 Chair-Elect of ULI’s Young Leaders Group of WNY.

Connor received his Masters of Science in Real Estate Development (MSRED) from SUNY Buffalo’s School of Architecture & Planning. He is an active UB alumnus and participates in SUNY Buffalo’s MSRED mentorship program as a mentor to MSRED candidates. He also sits on the MSRED Program’s Advisory Committee.
