The Forge on Broadway, a $51 MM project, was conceived in partnership with the late Dr. Rhonda Ricks, the first African-American, female developer in WNY who previously partnered with SAA | EVI on the rehabilitation of Parkview Apartments, a 9% LIHTC development on Buffalo’s Eastside.

To contribute to the revitalization of Buffalo’s East Side, future phases include the development of 25 for-sale townhomes and a mixed-use senior apartment community which will provide additional storefront retail on the Broadway commercial corridor.
